C System 2K Glue Cartridges
The C system has two separate circular outlets to keep the adhesive components completely isolated until they enter the static mixer.
Advantages:
1. Efficient Mixing: The bell outlet design allows for better mixing of the two components, ensuring a consistent and homogenous mixture during application.
2. Reduced Wastage: The smooth and wide bell outlet minimizes material buildup and reduces wastage, improving overall efficiency.
3. Versatile Applications: Compatible with a wide range of adhesives, sealants, and other two-part materials, making it suitable for various industries and applications.
4. Improved Flow Dynamics: The bell outlet enhances material flow, reducing the risk of blockages and ensuring a steady and even dispensing process.
5. Easy Installation: Designed for user-friendly operation, the C system cartridge can be easily loaded and secured in dispensing tools.
6. Durable Design: Manufactured using high-quality materials, the C system cartridge offers reliable performance and long-lasting durability.
7. Enhanced Compatibility: Works seamlessly with standard static mixers and dispensing systems, making it a convenient choice for end users.

What's the difference between the C and F systems?
1. Outlet Design:
• The C system features a bell outlet, which merges the two components into one opening before entering the static mixer.
• The F system has a dual-port outlet, which keeps the two components completely separate until they reach the static mixer.
2. Risk of Premature Reaction:
• The C system combines the components earlier, which may slightly increase the chance of reactions near the outlet if not used immediately.
• The F system eliminates this risk by maintaining separation of the components until they are mixed.
3. Material Flow Dynamics:
• The bell outlet of the C system allows for a wide and smooth material flow, making it effective for applications where clogging is less of a concern.
• The dual-port outlet of the F system ensures precise flow and separation, making it better for reactive or sensitive materials.
4. Application Suitability:
• The C system is ideal for general-purpose applications where high flow rates and ease of use are key.
• The F system is better suited for applications requiring precise mixing and added safety against cross-contamination or premature curing.
5. Design Complexity:
• The C system has a simpler outlet design, which may be easier to produce and maintain.
• The F system, with its dual-port outlet, is slightly more complex but offers superior reliability for sensitive materials.
However, you still need to consider the compatibility of your current system. If you are using a filling machine for C system, maybe you still want to buy C cartridges.

FAQ
Q1: What's the difference between the C and F systems?
The primary difference between the C system and F system for 2K glue cartridges lies in the outlet design and how the two adhesive components are kept separate before mixing.
Q2: How do I choose a glue cartridge?
1. Glue Type: Match the cartridge with your adhesive (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane, MMA).
2. Mix Ratio: Ensure the cartridge supports your adhesive's ratio (e.g., 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 10:1).
3. Cartridge Size: Select the right volume (e.g., 50ml, 200ml, 400ml) for your application.
4. Check the mating mixers or guns you are using now - they need to be compatible.
Q3: How do you ensure the quality of your products?
For our day-to-day mass production, we have strict processes of incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, finished products inspection, and out-going quality check to make sure all parts and processes meet our documents and standards.
At the production validation and mold trial stage, we do liability testing, for example, impact testing, pressure testing, push-force testing to ensure all key parameters are being consistantly met.
We are introducing automatic optical inspection equipment to do 100% dimensional inspection on all parts at the injection molding stage and after assembly.
Q4: How do you deal with the USA tariffs?
We are setting-up a facility in Thailand to offset the impact of USA tariffs. We will start to run it early 2025.
Q5: Can you make customized products?
Yes, we can do custom products. We can develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
